A short, plain note on what HQfit keeps and why. Last updated 29 Oct 2026.
What HQfit keeps
Your name and email from Google, to sign you in. HQfit never sees your Google password.
For coaches: your clients' names and the workouts you write or paste, including any notes in them.
For clients: the workouts your coach sets you.
What we record to improve HQfit
Which screens you open and what you tap, and recordings of your sessions in the app, including what you type. We use these to see what works and what's confusing.
Error reports when something breaks, so we can fix it.
Who helps us run it
Supabase stores HQfit's data in Mumbai. Vercel runs the app.
When a coach types or pastes a workout, Anthropic's Claude turns it into structured blocks.
PostHog (usage and session recordings) and Sentry (error reports) store what they collect in the US.
